Open car Ferrari 200 – the roadster to the 70th anniversary of the Maranello House.

Open car Ferrari 200 – the roadster to the 70th anniversary of the Maranello House.

In celebration of 70th anniversary from his birth, which was in Modena in 1947, Ferrari unveiled at the Paris Motor Show a hybrid version of the open Ferrari roadster, presented in 2013.
To convert a double open car, some changes were made, including the chassis and aerodynamics to improve stability and torsional rigidity of the body after the installation of a soft roof of canvas or carboxylic rigid roof (optional).
The doors, as before, opened up due to the rigid element mounted on the wheel arches and at the same time 2 dampers are added to protect against wind and for better management of all air flows. This eliminates any losses on the aerodynamic drag when driving with the roof folded.
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the birth of “galloping horse”, they put an inscription on the wheels 70 and 1947-2017.
