For the production of coffee, which was established in Thailand, in one of the companies near the town of Chiang Saen, where these animals are fed with coffee berries that are eaten and then excreted from the body, after which they are washed and grinded. The powder obtained in this manner, loses all acidity of the grains, thereby acquiring much more sweet taste, almost like chocolate, in short, a true delicacy.
